[Bug 338941] [NEW] [Intrepid][Regression]window borders and title disappear after upgrade

Binary package hint: compiz

After upgrade from Hardy to Intrepid on my laptop, all window borders and title disappeared.
A way to fix this is to set the with appearance  to ¨None¨.
This is needed to be changed per user, which is inconvenent.
With ¨Normal" (= default setting), all window borders and title disappear again.
The same behavior goed with setting ¨extra¨ .

As suggested in another bug report, I typed 
/usr/bin/compiz
That removed all window borders and titles again, and kept giving error messages to the terminal window.

All worked well in Hardy.
