Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: brasero

The ISO 9660 Romeo CD Format has the advantage that it supports file-
and directorynames up to 128 charakters and it's more interoperable
with the Windows world in contrast to UDF, there you need a driver or
you even can't read. It was developed by Adaptec. In the Windows-world a
Romeo-disk (CD and DVD) can be made with the NTI CD/DVD Maker.

A DVD made with the NTI program had only low-case characters and special
characters are totally not displayed because it's not based on Unicode.

Does a linux-burn-program support Joliet Extended with 110 characters?
There are the limits?
