[Bug 338763] [NEW] ontv headers can't be seen when DarkRoom theme is activated

When I have the DarkRoom theme activated for Ubuntu, the headers on ontv
are almost impossible to read.  The headers are coloured very-light blue
and the text is white, making it almost unreadable.  A screenshot is
attached showing this.
