[Bug 338425] [NEW] Missing RealVideo 3.0 decoder libgstreal.so on amd64

Public bug reported:

I don't know if this library is dependent on some i386-only code, but it
seems unlikely seeing as it's LGPL.  I still have a few files left in
this terrible, old format, and whenever Rhythmbox gets to one, it stops
playing which is rather annoying.  I would love to see this fixed.
