[Bug 338420] [NEW] C extension missing from Storm package

Public bug reported:

Storm includes a C extension that is built by default as of 0.13.
However, it looks like the Jaunty packages of 0.14 are architecture
independent and are missing the extension.

The package should be fixed to include the missing file and be built
with architecture set to "any" rather than "all".
