Binary package hint: sabnzbdplus

Package has a recommended dependency on (non-free) unrar, which is in
multiverse. Please move sabnzbdplus to multiverse accordingly. Thanks.

Before you ask:
* No, unrar-free doesn't work with this program.
* Making the dependency a mere suggest is not an acceptable way to "fix" this; the functionality unrar provides is too important for a program aiming to be a fully automated usenet binaries downloader, where rar is the de-facto standard compression.
* Yes, I agree having free and open source software in multiverse isn't ideal. Too bad it has to be that way.
