If the configuration file is not found, an error message is displayed
AND a new generic configuration file (/.tlkgames/powermanga.conf) is
created. This bug is INVALID.

Why put the scores file in the ".tlkgames directory"? This practice is not standard with FSH. Any variable data relating to games in "/usr" should be placed into "/var/games" directory. See http://www.pathname.com/fhs/pub/fhs-2.3.html#VARGAMESVARIABLEGAMEDATA 
Scores must be shared by all users. This bug is also INVALID.
