I did an 

apt-get install cmake emacs22 emacs22-el

and got this error:

Fehler traten auf beim Bearbeiten von:
 cmake

Than i did it again and got this message without further errors:

Richte cmake ein (2.6.0-4ubuntu2) ...
install/cmake: Byte-compiling for emacs22
