[Bug 324651] Re: deluge crashed with TypeError in _on_set_connection_limit()

It's crashed on the last occasion I've updated it several days ago, and the
latest dist-upgrade removed it, so I've been using Transmission.  Let me
know if I should be retesting it or no...
