[Bug 337213] [NEW] Freeze exception for bzr-builddeb 2.1

Hi,

I would like to upload my changes for bzr-builddeb 2.1 final.

They are mostly bug-fixes, but there are some additional features. These mainly
come from having cleaner, more maintainable, modular code, where the new features
fall out naturally.

The diff is very large, but a lot of this is moving code around and re-formatting,
rather than brand new code. While that's not exactly desirable I consider the
final result to be better tested, more-maintainable, and with fewer bugs.

The upload brings us close to closing every single open bug, so I would hope that it
was clear that the code will be well-maintained.

I will be making heavy use of the plugin over the rest of the Jaunty cycle, so I will
be testing it and able to fix any bugs that I discover.
