[Bug 337204] [NEW] Please package QDevelop 0.27.2 for all supported versions of Ubuntu

We (upstream) still get too many reports about bugs in 0.25/0.26. These versions were much too buggy, more than 10 critical bugs were fixed since so I'd ask you to backport 0.27.2 to 8.04 and 8.10.
And it would be good if you ship 0.27.2 with Jaunty because current package based on svn snapshot lacks translations (Russian, German, French, Polish, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Spanish, Italian were updated) and a few bug fixes (one of them being quite important because it temporary disables "sort" feature that can easily break complicated project files).
Ubuntu's using latest stable version will also make it easier for upstream to handle bug reports from Ubuntu users.
