Your QDevelop version is too old and isn't supported by upstream. Please try newer version. You can obtain it on the official site: www.qdevelop.org .
If it doesn't help please try to compile qdevelop from the (latest) source code.

As to me I have QDevelop 0.26-svn working on my EeePC 900 with Ubuntu
