[Bug 337013] [NEW] Eclipse SDK Help is not available

Eclipse Version: 3.2.2-5ubuntu2

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open eclipse
2) Click on "Overview"
3) Click on "Workbench basics"
4) Help/Documentation window show up with message:
The topic that you have requested is not available. The link may be wrong, or you may not have the corresponding product feature installed. This online help only includes documentation for features that are installed.

This error happens all the time on items in the "Overview" and "Whats
new" sections. What needs to be fixed here is the addressing in the
Help/Documentation pointing to the correct document/page.
