Whoever wishes to use new btrfs 0.17 with intrepid can add my ppa. I've
built the module and added a patch for compat.h that allows the module
to be compiled on "older" kernels (such as 2.6.27). You can also grab
btrfs-progs from the same repo as they include newer programs for btrfs
(ubuntu calls this btrfs-tools for some reason, original archive name is
btrfs-progs).
