** Description changed:
Binary package hint: msttcorefonts
- Upon upgrading from Ubunto 8.10 to 9.04 snapshot 5, msttcorfont
- installer failed. I really don't know much more than that.
+ Upon upgrading from Ubunto 8.10 to 9.04 snapshot 5, ttf-mscorefonts-
+ installer (2.6) failed. This made me panic of course, a message said
+ something about the distribution being possibly inoperative since the
+ dist upgrade had encountered a mistake.
+
+ Could it be just because the dist upgrade rendered my internet connection temporarily inoperative, and thus the ttf-mscorefonts-installer could not download the fonts? When I reran apt-get for something else later (after rebooting), it displayed the following:
+ Traitement des actions différées (« triggers ») pour « man-db »...
+ Paramétrage de ttf-mscorefonts-installer (2.6) ...
+ And it successfully carried on to downloading the fonts. Not a major thing obviously, but not a very elegant thing...
