[Bug 336389] [NEW] Please remove falcon source and binary from Jaunty

Binary package hint: falcon

Falcon is non-functional with the current Django, needs update for
Python 2.6, and upstream is not currently active (I verified with Dennis
Kaarsmaker that he wasn't maintaining falcon at present and he is the
one that suggested removal).
