Hi!
What about publishing 0.27.2 (up to r417 without r415,r416)? It comes with a few bug fixes and a lot of translations (updated a bit: Russian, French, German; updated a lot: Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Czech, Spanish and Hungarian). I think Jaunty should come with translated  QDevelop.
