[Bug 336084] [NEW] [jaunty] When selecting Glom package 187 main stream packages are unselected *will be removed

Public bug reported:

It might be a bug in Synaptics because the case occured before.
I'm using Jaunty alpha 4 20090301 i386

When I select Glom, 187+ packages are marked to be removed, such as
Eclipse, Gimp, jcc, python modules, bluemindo, boa-constructor, cython.

The same problem occured when selecting Abiword. -- I didn't file a bug
report.
