[Bug 392053] [NEW] apache stops working

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: zend-framework
Apache stops working when zend-framework is enabled.
Follow this procedure:
1. Install zend framework.
2. Goto /etc/php5/conf.d
3. Open the file zend-framework.ini
4. Uncomment the second line by removing ';'.
5. Try to restart apache.
Apache stops working.
