order to better help you, could you please provide us with the version
of Ubuntu you are running, as well as the version of the network-
manager-vpnc package?

You can find out the version of Ubuntu with the following command:
lsb_release -a

You can find out the version of the network-manager-vpnc package using
the following command: apt-cache policy network-manager-vpnc
