[Bug 390452] [NEW] Update to 0.5.3 release

Binary package hint: lcdproc

LCDProc 0.5.3 has just been released.  It would be nice to upgrade to
this for Karmic.

I suspect that there might be people encountering configuration issues
on upgrade.  It might be a good idea to adjust the default config to
include "ServerScreen=no".  The default setting of this option has
changed since 0.5.2 (well, a bug in the default was fixed having a
similar effect), and this means that people using MythTV to turn off
their backlight will see the backlight flash.  Turning "ServerScreen"
off fixes the problem.
