[Bug 362377] Re: nvidia-96.43.10 fails to compile for kernel 2.6.28-3-rt (i686)

I can confirm the bug.  Any word on a fix?  I tried "Run 'make oldconfig
&& make prepare' on kernel src to fix it." and got the following errors:
