[Bug 388391] [NEW] package libdca0 0.0.5-0.1 failed to install/upgrade: cannot access archive: No such file or directory

Public bug reported:

my computer told me there were a few upgrades that were not installed
and that some time during the upgrade or before had caused the computer
to crash and had report it to you I hope you are to find the problem and
fix it ,thank you for your immediate attention in this  matter ,I am
currently using ubuntu 8.10 and the problem seems to be in the libdca
install programs,it all occurred during a regular install,which should
have simply installed the programs ,in stead of it saying your upgrades
are complete it told me that there  had been a crash and the fix program
tried to fix the problem it could not and sent me directly to you ,once
again thank you
