[Bug 388010] [NEW] uswsusp and usplash mismatch

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: uswsusp

"uswsusp" has an "encrypt resume image" option which is why I chose it.

On resume the user needs to be prompted for a passphrase to decrypt the
resume image.

However, the typical ubuntu "splash" option in grub prevents this prompt from being shown to the user.
(This splash option uses "usplash" and not "splashy").

This means that the user will not know what to do unless the splash
screen is disabled.
