aapo: that's because the xvidcap svn defaults to use a private copy of
ffmpeg, which is not acceptable for ubuntu.

we could make xvidcap depend on ubuntu-restricted-extras or something,
but that would drag in a rather large amount of unneeded dependencies.

a shlibs.local file would probably do as well.
