zim does not use preferred application for web browser/email client

Steps to reproduce

1. Insert a link or email address into a zim document
2. Click the resulting link

What happens

3. zim prompts user to "Please enter a web browser" -- it defaults to
firefox '%u'

Expected behavior

3. Link should open in the browser configured in Preferred Applications.
