Hi,

Moving of files from another package like that is not something that
is allowed. The correct way to accomplish this sort of thing is to use
diversions.

However, I'm not sure that it is appropriate in this case, wouldn't the
best way to fix this be to have the lsb-base-logging.sh from lsb-base
support splashy as well?

This change isn't ready for inclusion, so I am unsubscribing the sponsors
from this bug, please re-subscribe them if you have an updated patch.
