[Bug 386379] [NEW] proftpd-mysql missing dependency

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: proftpd-mysql

proftp-mysql doesn't put in dependecy lib-pam-mysql .
Apparently lib-pam-mysql is mandatory for the package .

Installing proftpd-mysql the users stored in the databases are
unreacheable , after installing lib-pam-mysql the problem disappeared .
