[Bug 386262] [NEW] Path for extensions temp dir in typo3-dummy

Release 4.2.6-1 in ubuntu 0904
In file /etc/typ3-dummy/apache.conf in Block <IfModule mod_php5.c> (not php4 !):
the path for the extensions upload temorary directory is wrong - change to:
  php_admin_Value upload_tmp_dir /var/lib/typo3-dummy/typo3temp (edit with sudo)
