[Bug 386259] [NEW] git-cola should depend on xxdiff

Binary package hint: git-cola

On Jaunty,

when using git-cola git gui and trying to get some diffs, it tries to
use the external visual diff tool "xxdiff".

Hence, git-cola should depend on xxdiff (or at least recommend it)
Alternatively, git-cola default configuration should use another tool

Configuration:
- Ubuntu Jaunty i386
- standard package git-cola 1.3.5-1
