[Bug 385685] [NEW] Empathy tasklist entry can't be restored

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz, empathy

Step to reproduce:
- open empathy
- click on the X to close the window
- make the window respawn by clicking on the status icon
- note that the taskbar entry of the main empathy window is gone.

Currently this happens only when compiz is active and not when metacity is.
I have a workaroud for empathy, but this currently belongs to compiz.
