Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rabbitmq-server

The rabbitmq-server package in Karmic depends on the erlang-nox dummy
package, which brings in a lot of packages that it doesn't need to run.

I put together a package with reduced dependencies in my PPA here:
    https://launchpad.net/~jamesh/+archive/ppa/+sourcepub/643902/+listing-archive-extra

The mnesia and os_mon dependencies are the only ones listed in the .app
file that exist outside of erlang-base so I am pretty sure this change
is correct. Things seem to be working okay in my local testing too.

** Affects: rabbitmq-server (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
