[Bug 384729] [NEW] failed to install vlc correctly and also to uninstall partially installed components

Binary package hint: libdvbpsi4

I have install VLC thru the command line "sudo apt-get install vlc" but
it failed to install correctly. Whenever I try to remove it either thru
the command line or via Synaptic it always return the error.
