[Bug 383815] [NEW] problems with cyrillic symbols

Public bug reported:

I have ubuntu 9.04.

At typing of russian text all works fine until backspace or arrows
pressed. after this for continuing typing russian I need to switch to
another layout and back to RU.

codeblocks package version 8.02-0ubuntu3
