[Bug 383613] Re: Please merge lcdproc 0.5.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable

I aggressively tried to reduce the Debian delta in this merge. There
were several seemingly unnecessary changes to the packaging that I
dropped:

* 01_fix_driverpath.dpatch: Debian applied same change inline
* debian/lcdproc.LCDd.init: Commenters in bug 63488 say that both '1' and 'true' work. The man page uses '1' as an example.
* debian/patches/lcdproc-0.4.3-gentoo.diff: Added back in, as it's harmless
* debian/control autotools-dev Build-Depends: Didn't seem to fix anything, the comment that added it didn't explain why it was useful. debian/rules doesn't seem to do any autotool trickery.
