[Bug 383443] [NEW] vlc stops playing flac file

vlc 0.9.4-1ubuntu3.1

flac file created by/exported from audacity 1.3.5-2 (using libflac8
1.2.1-1.2 (according to http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid/audacity)
stops in middle of playback.  vlc does not freeze, and playback can be
restarted, but stops again in the same place.  can seek to just after
this spot in the flac file and vlc will continue playing the rest of the
flac file.  flac file is 96 kHz, 24 bits, stereo (recorded from record
player).  in vlc messages (Tools > Messages), verbosity has been set to
2.  see attachment for output.
