[Bug 382737] [NEW] Create VM's using the successor of the currently used Ubuntu

Public bug reported:

It would be nice, if the ubuntu-vm-builder could create VM's using the
successor of the current used Ubuntu. Like create a Jaunty instance
using Intrepid. So VM's can be used to try out pre-release or new
release without any need to upgrade the host system.
