actualy I did try just now..

Im I just supposed to run this with not arguments?  I put the set -x but
I see it need some arguments $1 in that script.

In anycase i see it handles it without the arguments..

Here is the output

+ echo postinst called with unknown argument `'
postinst called with unknown argument `'
+ db_set mythtv/mysql_mythtv_password 
/var/lib/dpkg/info/mythtv-common.postinst: 1: db_set: not found

I guess this needs to be run with another set of scripts that function
db_set is not found.
