Binary package hint: gdb-avr

gdb-avr in ubuntu jaunty/karmic is outdated.

gdb package has version 6.8-3ubuntu2, while gdb-avr is still 6.4.90.dfsg-2.1 since intrepid.
please update gdb-avr package to latest gdb source.
