[Bug 406566] [NEW] Tangerine does not share ratings and play counts

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tangerine

It is possible to get ratings and play counts from the Banshee database,
and I suspect other Tangerine plugins could support it as well. These
should be broadcast when available, with all the other metadata.

The Daap Track class will have to be adjusted to include the optional
metadata, defaulting to 0.
