ibus: looks ok, approved for main.

One question, though: The ibus binary package ships
/etc/xdg/autostart/ibus.desktop which unconditionally starts the daemon.
Arne, do you plan to have installed ibus by default, or being pulled in
through language-support-*?

If installed by default, then it shouldn't be an unconditional autostart
file, since that would slow down desktop startup and add an uncessesary
panel icon for everyone. Instead, it should either just use the GTK
immodule facility (as ibus-gtk does), and the daemon should be
autolaunched when needed, or it should be an Xsession.d script which
determines whether or not to start it based on the locale.
