[Bug 405752] [NEW] Audio an Video chops in Vlc

Binary package hint: vlc

I'm getting audio chops when playing mp3s and videos since 0.9.3 version
of vlc. So this issue continues in 1.0 version also. It doesn't happen
in any other player in Ubuntu
