Could you please translate the error to English, just in case Google
Translate got it wrong?

Could you make sure that GConf is running for your user account? To do
so, open System -> Administration -> System Monitor, click on the
"Processes" tab, select View -> My Processes from the menubar, and look
for "gconfd-2" in the list.
