apachetop seems to be totally unusable in Jaunty with version 0.12.6-9, and it looks like Karmic has the same version too.
I just saw that Debian has a newer version that fixes lp bug #294599 and it works under Jaunty.

The sync should be pretty easy as this is not an "-ubuntu" package.
