Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pastebinit

http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/p/pastebinit/pastebinit_0.11.2-1.dsc

The reason there is a Ubuntu delta is merely that Ubuntu got ahead of
Debian in releasing pastebinit. The latest Debian unstable package in
fact is based on the current karmic/jaunty package and clearly
demonstrates this in the Changelog.
