[Bug 404552] [NEW] [ubuntu karmic] me-tv crashes on DVB-T scanning

Binary package hint: me-tv

me-tv crashes when attempting to scan with an error:
Error in thread: Me TV cannot process a line in the initial tuning file

The scan file isn't available initially, as the dvb-utils are not installed. Furthermore, thos have been renamed to dvb-apps. And when those are installed, and me-tv is started and fed the scan file:
/usr/share/dvb/dvb-t/de-Nordrhein-Westfalen 
it crashes.
