well I downloaded now the firefox 3.5.1 from http://www.mozilla-
europe.org/de/firefox/ and there is the same problem

than I used the firefox 3.6 alpha, and there it works:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090723 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Minefield/3.6a1pre

I am not sure it is the same bug, because it is not a problem of wrong
colors, its the complete inverted image

by the way I'm using a Samsung T260 Widescreen monitor 1920x1200
