[Bug 403985] [NEW] libdbus-ruby does not support properties

Hi,

I tried to fetch data from network-manager over dbus in order to do some debugging, when I ran into the problem, that 
network manager provides some of its data as "properties" (see 
http://projects.gnome.org/NetworkManager/developers/spec.html#org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.Device )

libdbus-ruby does not seem to have support for such "properties", and
even worse, seems to be abandoned since end of 2007. I do not see any
way to fetch these properties with this release.

(Unfortunately I am not familiar with dbus, so would be too much
overhead to implement on myself...)
