[Bug 403721] [NEW] Packaged version too old, upstream even warns against it

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: funkload

Upstream documentation states that "Unfortunatly the FunkLoad Debian
package (old 1.6.2-3) does not work properly.", and provides a link to
an updated package of the latest release. We should get that newest
package into the distribution.
