Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firestarter
When trying to get our University's multicast based IPTV service running
through firestarter I discovered that in Ubuntu 9.04's
/etc/firestarter/firewall script 224.0.0.0/8 is used to capture all
multicast addresses. However, a /4 prefix is needed to capture all
multicast addresses ("class D") from 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255.
